Evening.

Just got back from doing a little shopping. Not very satisfied with Jusco's service. -_-
I bought two polo tees, supposedly RM80 each. But they were on 50% discount, so they're RM40 each. So I took two. Then paid. When I finished dealing with the cashier I read through my receipt again.

They charged me 80 for one and 40 for the other. Obviously I went to complain. They keep insisting the 80 one has no discount. Both are the exact same, only different colour. How absurd, only limited colours are entitled to the discount. So I made them pay me back my 80. After the whole lot of confusion, they decided to punch in my purchases again. End up, I only bought the discounted one. And they punched in wrongly again -_- and gave me 70% discount instead of the 50%. So it was down to only RM24. However, when they payed me back the money I payed extra, they gave me RM10 less lol. But I still had RM5 profit, and it was very dishonest of me. But I only found out when I went home.

Jusco needs to improve their calculations -_-
