My granddaughters are going to get to try this soon!!! I'll have to pick out the artichokes from their servings and make the sacrifice to put them on my own plate :) I ate a good dinner but my mouth is watering all because of your fabulous pictures!!!
Ingredient :
- 2 cups dry pasta
- 1/2 cup chopped artichokes
- 1/2 cup chopped and packed fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 cup half and half (heavy cream or regular milk would also work)
Intructions :
- Brush the casserole plate and heat the oven to 400ºF.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain it.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except for 1 cup of mozzarella for the top and half and half. Add to the cooked and dried paste and stir until smooth and the cream cheese melted. Add half and half.
- Pour into an oily and topped casseroled plate with leftover cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.
